What happens when two world class F1 drivers try to build their own car without their team?

Formula 1 drivers, Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton, join forces in an attempt to build a McLaren in the new Vodafone ad. Created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty, the advert is launched as part of Vodafone’s viral campaign featuring two of the most popular Formula 1 drivers.
 
Under the slogan of “One car, No team”, the advert shows Jenson and Lewis attempt to build their own car without the help of their engineering team and illustrates how they need the team around them to become the world champions that they are. They are also seen using their Vodafone handsets to phone their support team and take photographs.

As the latest in Vodafone’s Power to You campaign, the ad ends with the tagline ‘Jenson and Lewis depend on their team; their team depends on our network.’
